Policies

1. ORDER POLICIES

  • All prices are in US dollars
  • Minimum order is $300.00 plus shipping
  • The open sales orders will be canceled within 14 days if payment is not received


2. METHOD OF PAYMENT

Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Please note that for safety and security reasons,  the orders will be shipped to the billing address only. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please notify your credit card issue company to add the shipping address as alternative address.


3. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our orders via  Post, and subject to Post standards and regulations and delivery limitations. The orders will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped within 5-10 days, following  the receipt of payment. Our shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight of the items or the size of the boxes.

Shipment that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping and credit card fees.


4. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final unless products are damaged.  If products have defects or damages, you may return it within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

No credit will be issued without prior authorization of return (RMA#).  Please send an email to customerservice@venetobags.com, providing us with the invoice number, your name, full address, contact phone, and the items you would like to return. You may also contact our customer service at  888-383-6386 in order to obtain an RMA#.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.


5. INVENTORY CONTROL
Our inventory changes rapidly, so it is updated on a regular basis. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will ship you the remaining items. We do not issue back orders, but if you can reorder the out stock item at a future date when it is currently in-stock.
